Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Cheese Grater

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook penne pasta until al dente and drain.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
  4. Sauté garlic and add tomato sauce.
  5. Mix ricotta with seasoning.
  6. Combine pasta, sauce, ricotta, and half mozzarella.
  7. Transfer to baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  10. Cool slightly and serve.
