Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole garlic head
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 large romaine lettuce head
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice the top off the garlic head and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Wrap garlic in foil and roast for 30–35 minutes.
  4. Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and Parmesan.
  6. Whisk until smooth to create the dressing.
  7. Toss chopped romaine lettuce with dressing.
  8. Top with croutons and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Serve immediately.
