Ingredients
  

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Method
 

  1. Mix spices in a small bowl.
  2. Rub seasoning onto tilapia fillets.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook fish for 3–4 minutes per side.
  5. Mix yogurt, lime juice, and cilantro for the crema.
  6. Warm tortillas.
  7. Assemble tacos with fish, slaw, and sauce.
  8. Serve with lime wedges.

Notes

  1. Tilapia cooks quickly, so avoid overcooking it.
  2. You can bake the fish instead of pan-searing it.
  3. Add avocado or salsa for extra flavor.
