- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Brown the butter in a saucepan until golden and nutty.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Mix bananas with brown butter and sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla and stir well.
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
