Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cream or milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add butter and garlic, cook until fragrant.
  5. Add cream or milk and stir until sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  7. Add chicken back to the pan and mix with sauce.
  8. Serve over rice and enjoy.
