Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Fairlife Vanilla Protein Shake or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder mixed with 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding Mix the secret for creaminess!
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • A pinch of Sea Salt
  • Optional Mix-in: 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers.

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami Machine
  • Ninja Creami Pint
  • Whisk

Method

  1. In a Ninja Creami pint, whisk together the protein shake, sugar-free pudding mix, vanilla extract, and salt until completely dissolved.
  2. Place the lid on the pint and freeze on a flat surface for a full 24 hours. (This is non-negotiable!).
  3. Remove the pint from the freezer. If there is a "hump" on top, scrape it flat with a spoon.
  4. Insert the pint into the Ninja Creami outer bowl and lock it into the machine.
  5. Select the "LIGHT ICE CREAM" function.
  6. After the first spin, if the texture is powdery, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk and select "RE-SPIN."
  7. If adding mix-ins, make a hole in the center, add your toppings, and select the "MIX-IN" function.
  8. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for 20 minutes for a firmer scoop.

Notes

Always ensure your freezer is set to at least -4°F (-20°C) for the best results.
