- In a Ninja Creami pint, whisk together the protein shake, sugar-free pudding mix, vanilla extract, and salt until completely dissolved.
- Place the lid on the pint and freeze on a flat surface for a full 24 hours. (This is non-negotiable!).
- Remove the pint from the freezer. If there is a "hump" on top, scrape it flat with a spoon.
- Insert the pint into the Ninja Creami outer bowl and lock it into the machine.
- Select the "LIGHT ICE CREAM" function.
- After the first spin, if the texture is powdery, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk and select "RE-SPIN."
- If adding mix-ins, make a hole in the center, add your toppings, and select the "MIX-IN" function.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for 20 minutes for a firmer scoop.

Always ensure your freezer is set to at least -4°F (-20°C) for the best results.
