Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
Fold in crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
Scoop cookie dough balls onto the baking sheet and add extra cookie pieces on top.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers remain soft.
Cool on a rack before serving.
