Ingredients
  

  • 250 g pasta whole wheat or high protein
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup milk or light cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add cooked chicken back to the pan.
  8. Mix in pasta and a little pasta water.
  9. Toss everything until well coated and creamy.
  10. Serve warm.
