Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions and reserve some pasta water.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked chicken back to the pan.
- Mix in pasta and a little pasta water.
- Toss everything until well coated and creamy.
- Serve warm.
