- Brown the sausage in a large pot.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
- Pour in broth and diced tomatoes.
- Add ravioli and simmer until tender.
- Stir in cream and spinach.
- Finish with parmesan cheese and serve hot.
- Do not overcook the ravioli or it may become too soft. Fresh spinach adds the best flavor.
