- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place tilapia fillets on a lined baking tray.
- Brush fish with olive oil.
- Mix spices and sprinkle evenly over the fish.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily.

Notes
Do not overcook tilapia. The fish should be opaque and flaky but still moist.
