Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup milk or water
  • extra flour for rolling

  • Mixing bowl
  • Large pot
  • Measuring cups
  • Rolling Pin
  • Knife or pizza cutter

Method
 

  1. Combine flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add eggs and milk into the center of the flour.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rest for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Roll the dough thin on a floured surface.
  7. Cut into noodle strips.
  8. Boil in salted water for 3–4 minutes.
  9. Drain and serve.

Notes

  1. Use egg yolks for richer noodles.
  2. Let the noodles dry slightly before cooking.
  3. Store dried noodles in an airtight container.
