  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional: honey lemon, fennel seeds

Method
 

  1. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight in water.
  2. Boil the soaked seeds with the same water for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Strain into a cup.
  4. Add honey or lemon if desired.
  5. Serve warm.
