Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib Shrimp
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juiceSalt & pepperParsley

Method
 

  1. Heat butter in skillet.
  2. Sauté garlic 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
  4. Add lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
  5. Do not overcook shrimp. They should turn pink and slightly firm.
