Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp sliced banana

Method
 

  1. Add Greek yogurt to a bowl.
  2. Top with fresh berries and banana slices.
  3. Sprinkle granola and chia seeds.
  4. Add chopped almonds.
  5. Drizzle honey on top and serve.

Notes

  1. Use plain yogurt for less sugar.
  2. Add peanut butter for extra protein.
  3. You can also add oats for more fiber.
