Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dill
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Add shredded chicken to the dressing.
  4. Pour mixture over cucumbers and toss gently.
  5. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
