Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1 boiled egg
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ½ cup apple slices
  • ¼ cup cheese cubes
  • ½ cup yogurt

  • Small food containers

  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Cut the whole grain bread into small sandwich squares.
  2. Slice the boiled egg into bite-size pieces.
  3. Add cucumber slices and apple slices to the lunchbox.
  4. Place cheese cubes in another section of the box.
  5. Add yogurt in a small sealed container.
  6. Close the lunchbox and keep refrigerated until ready to pack.
