Method
- Place chuck roast in slow cooker.
- Add onions, garlic, and seasonings.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook on low for 8–9 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
- Shred the beef and return it to the juices.
- Toast rolls lightly and fill with beef.
- Add cheese and melt if desired.
- Serve with warm au jus for dipping.
